I had a bad morning.
Then a had a bad day.
Then I had an extremely bad evening, in which much crying was involved.
Then I slept.
Then I woke up.
Then I dealt with a difficult dilemma...
...which turned out to be not so difficult as I thought it was.
My day improved from that point onward.
